WINTER OUTDOOR FLAG BEGINS

Winter Outdoor Flag has been a staple of the DTG program for many years.  It is a great way for kids to get up early and enjoy some fun, competitive, pick up football. We offer this to 1st-9th graders. Split into two sessions. The 1st-5th graders are held from 8am-930am, and the 6th-9th graders are held from 930am-11am. This is held every Sunday at the battery park ballfields. Registration is still open so sign up now!

Downtown Giants are Westchester Champs

Congratulations to coach Manny and his staff on an excellent job with the boys. Finishing undefeated and as Champs of the Westchester United 7th/8th grade division is a very nice accomplishment.

BASKETBALL IS HERE!

Downtown Giants Basketball programs in NYC! We used the sport of basketball as a tool to teach life lessons. We create a family type atmosphere between our coaches and players at all levels. Both our girls and boys teams are coming off winning their respective league championship. DTG is looking forward to another great year of basketball.

Grew up in Wellesley, MA.  Attended Belmont Hill School where he first fell in love with the sport of Lacrosse.  He continued to follow the sport closely and many of his friends and classmates went on to play professionally and coach NCAA programs.  His passion and interest grow for the sport and ultimately vowed to expose his children as early as possible.  He’s excited in conjunction with the DTG youth sports legacy to bring a dedicated league to NYC for the first time.
