A HUGE first for the Downtown Giants! This summer we hosted our first ever Downtown Giants Girls Flag Football Clinic and it was an incredible day! We had girls ranging from 8 years old all the way up to 15 years old come out, learn the game, compete, and show just how much talent they have. From the very first drill to the final whistle, these girls brought the energy, the effort, and the attitude. They worked hard, picked up the game quickly, and looked absolutely amazing on the field! This was our first step into building something special for girls flag football here at the Downtown Giants. We are excited to continue growing this program, creating more opportunities, and giving more girls the chance to learn, compete, and fall in love with the game.
The future is bright! Thank you to everyone who came out and supported our first girls flag football clinic – this is just the beginning!
