INDOOR TACKLE SESSIONS
Our indoor tackle workout sessions are a great way for kids to begin to get some early training and knowledge on tackle football. This sessions will teach kids the basic tackle football fundamentals as well as get in some great speed and agility work. All workouts used for these sessions are early step exercises our coaches teach kids in our tackle football program. It is a great way for kids to spend their Friday nights being active, making friends, having fun and working on their technique. Friday Nights 7-9pm at Stuyvesant High School.
